Telangana reported seven new cases of the novel coronavirus on April 25th, taking the number of those infected in the state to 990. GHMC recorded six, and Warangal Urban registered one.
The government numbers classify 16 people as either cured or discharged over the last 24 hours, taking the number of those recovered to 307.
Currently, there are 658 active cases of COVID-19 in Telangana.
A decline in new cases but too early to declare success
While registering new cases in single digits seems encouraging, the experts are cautious.
With 658 active cases still being attended to and given that the virus does not show any immediate effect, all possible care is still advised by the Health Experts.
Government regulations continue to be implemented, and anyone venturing out of their house is required to wear a face mask.
