Local authorities quickly responded to the incident, with the fire department rushing to the scene to douse the flames. However, the fire had already spread through the building by the time they arrived, leaving behind a trail of charred remains and unanswered questions.

As the smoke cleared and the ashes settled, suspicions began to rise. The timing of the fire, just before the arrival of a new Sub-Collector, Megha Swaroop, raised eyebrows and sparked whispers of a possible conspiracy.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing, with the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, N. Chandrababu Naidu, ordering a thorough probe into the matter. The Director General of Police and the CID Chief have been dispatched to the scene to examine the evidence and determine the cause of the fire.

Even as the people of Madanapalle raised apprehensions about the fate of their land records and other important documents that were lost in the blaze, the ruling party leaders have begun speculating about the involvement of local politicians and their alleged corruption.
