India recorded 11,850 new cases of the coronavirus on November 13.
The country also reported 12,403 recoveries in the last 24 hours.
With the new cases and recoveries accounted for, the active caseload stands at 1,36,308.
Kerala has 69,432 active infections, while Maharashtra has 15,936, Tamil Nadu has 9890, and West Bengal has 8000.
A total of 3,38,26,483 people have recovered from COVID-19, taking the recovery rate to 98.26 percent.
Vaccinations
Over 4.63 lakh people have succumbed to the virus in India. Globally, the number of those who died from the virus has gone past 5 million.
With 58.42 lakh people getting a vaccine jab in the last 24 hours, a total of 111.4 Cr doses have now been administered.
Of the 58.42 lakh doses freshly given, over 17.38 lakh were first doses, and 41 lakh were second.
