‘Thalapathy 69’ was officially launched by KVN Productions with a grand muhurat puja on October 4, 2024, with actors Vijay, Bobby Deol, and Pooja Hegde in attendance. Touted as Vijay’s final appearance on screen, the film is being directed by H. Vinoth and produced by Venkat K. Narayana. The movie is set to be released in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi in October 2025.
